Connie has been a reporter since 1979.  Upon the retirement of the office manager, Mrs. Josephine Moy, she was brought in-house to take on the responsibilites as office manager.  In addition to her in-house duties, she is responsible for the training of new reporters in the field of court reporting.

She is a member of NCRA, MCRA and the Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporters. 

She is secretary of Big Dreams Start Small, an annual event that benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

She holds a BS from Salem State College, an Associates Degree in Court Reporting from Mass Bay Community College, and holds NCRA's Certifiied Manager of Reporting Services certificate.

 

Linda S. Fifield, MBA

Vice-President of Marketing and Finance

Linda started with Doris O. Wong Associates in 1978 as the computer manager and moved into the positions of finance and marketing in 1986.  She was involved in the implementation of industry protocols for computer-aided transcription and provided national training on its software.  She has held various positions on the boards of the Baron Users Group and the Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporters and is currently on the Liaison Committee with Stenograph Corporation, the leading CAT software provider for court reporters.  Other responsibilities include training reporters and attorneys on the latest legal technology.

She holds a BA from Salem State College and an MBA from Suffolk University.
