Connie
has been a court reporter since 1979.
Upon the retirement of the office manager, Josephine Moy, in 1995, she
was brought in-house to take on the day-to-day responsibilities of running the
office. She is also involved in the
training of new reporters just entering the field.
She is a
Registered Professional Reporter and a member of the National Court Reporters
Association (NCRA) and the Massachusetts Court Reporters Association (MCRA).
For ten
years Connie served as secretary of Big Dreams Start Small, an annual gala that
raised over $2 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She is currently on the volunteer committee
of Big Dreams Start Smaller, a
spin-off event of Big Dreams Start Small, now in its fifth year, an event
geared towards children.
Connie
holds a BS in education from Salem State College, an Associate Degree in
Court and Conference Reporting from Massachusetts Bay Community College, and
holds NCRA’s Certified Manager of Reporting Services certificate.

Linda started with Doris O.
Wong Associates in 1978 as the computer manager and moved into the positions of
finance and marketing in 1986. She was involved in the
implementation of industry protocols for computer-aided transcription
and provided national training on its software. She has
held various positions on the boards of the Baron Users Group and the
Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporting and is
currently on the Liaison Committee with Stenograph Corporation, the
leading CAT software provider for court
reporters. Other responsibilities include training
reporters and attorneys on the latest legal technology.
Recently nominated for the Board of Directors for the Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporting (STAR), she is also an associate member of the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA), and is currently working with the Center for Performing Arts Fundraising Committee.
She holds a BA from Salem State College and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Donna
started working at Doris O. Wong Associates, Inc., in 1990, as an
administrative assistant. In 1995, she
was promoted to front office manager.
When you call, Donna is usually your first point of contact. Her ability to juggle an ever-changing calendar,
varied customer service requests, and records management makes her
indispensable.
She
also coordinates reservations and technical specifications for our
videoconference center.
Donna
has a B.S. degree in Business from Newbury College.

Erica began proofreading
transcripts for Doris O. Wong Associates, Inc., reporters in 1997.
Invaluable for her word knowledge and strict attention to detail, Erica was
persuaded to join the staff in-house in 2007, as the office’s production
manager. Just a few of Erica’s many responsibilities as the
production manager include transcript production, processing litigation support
requests, and handling the distribution of files to clients. She also
maintains the computer archives of transcripts and scanned exhibits.
Erica is the contact person for all of your litigation support needs.
She holds a BA from Harvard
University.

Ralph joined Doris O. Wong
Associates, Inc., in January 1970 as its first full-time reporter. He holds the CSR, RPR and RMR designations
and was the Massachusetts Shorthand Reporters Association (MSRA) shorthand
speed champion in 1975 and 1976. He is
also a past-president of MSRA.
Due to a wrist injury in
February of 2003, Ralph transitioned from court reporter to quality control
manager and is now responsible for transcript production, proofreading,
computer billing, and mentoring some of the younger reporters on our staff.
